Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 June 2026
WTG Survey Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, how we use it, and the rights you have under UK data protection law — the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We are the data controller for the personal data described here. You can contact us at Info@WTGSurvey.com or 07519 414 591.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you use our contact form we collect your name and email address, and — if you choose to provide them — your phone number, company name and the content of your message.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting and security providers automatically process limited technical data, such as your IP address and basic request details, to deliver the site securely and to prevent abuse.
How we use it, and our legal basis
We use the information you provide to:
- respond to your enquiry and carry on any related correspondence; and
- protect this website and our systems from spam and abuse.
Our legal basis is our legitimate interests — responding to enquiries you choose to send us, and keeping our website secure. We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted service providers who process data on our behalf, under contract and only on our instructions:
- Resend — delivers your enquiry to us by email and sends you an acknowledgement.
- Cloudflare — hosts and serves the website, provides spam protection (Turnstile) and supplies privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics.
Some of this processing may take place outside the UK. Where it does, appropriate safeguards (such as UK-approved data transfer mechanisms) are in place. We do not share your personal data with anyone else except where required by law.
Cookies and analytics
Our analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) are cookieless and do not track you across other websites. Our spam protection and security may set strictly necessary cookies. For details, see our Cookie Policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and to maintain reasonable business records, after which it is securely deleted.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict or object to how we process your data; and
- data portability, where applicable.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at Info@WTGSurvey.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk if you are unhappy with how we have handled your data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
